To start a virtual assistant session, click the ‘Chatbot’ button on the ‘Overview’ screen in the navigation bar.

1. The chat will start; follow the onscreen instructions and select suitable options.
2. Once all the questions are finished, you will see a recommendation generated by the virtual assistant.
3. You can see all the virtual assistant recommendations in the ‘Recommendations’ section by navigating to your profile and setting a filter (explained in the ‘Recommendations’ chapter of the user guide).
